Fun Little Gadget December 6, 2008 R. Stephen Franks (Detroit) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I found this product to be very nice looking and well constructed. And, it worked as advertised. My mistake was using very fat hotdogs for the first run. Careful placement was necessary to get them to rotate without rubbing together. Regular hotdogs would have been a wiser choice. Between initial warmup and actual cook time, it does take a while, but it is meant to cook slowly while turning the dogs. The machine is completely silent when operating. Cleanup is very easy with the roller assembly and drip pan removable. but one must wait for the machine to cool down first to prevent getting burned. If hotdog stand style doggies are your thing, you'll love this machine.
Like It Very Much !! March 8, 2008 J. Lane 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I really like the taste of the hotdog after it has cooked and got all shrivelly on it. Cleaning it is a bit odd. Leaving the rollers in and cleaning with a damp cloth. It took a tiny bit of elbow grease. Over all..I like it very much !!
