I have bought many knives from the R.H. Forschner line, and this one holds up to my high expectation just like the rest of the line. At the price, I am convinced that it is the best paring knife you can buy. The blade is high-quality and the handle is very comfortable.

I'm a 64 yr old Grama, been cooking since I was 11. I'm a big fan of America's Test Kitchen and bought my first Victorinox knife on their recommendation. I'm buying these knives for my grown, children. These knives just keep on giving they stay sharp and are well balanced. I received my knives 3 days after ordering through Amazon.
