Wow...this spoon is unbelievable. I remember this one time I had some pasta in a pot and I needed to get it into a plate. I used this spoon and scooped it all up. With only one swing I had emptyed the pot and filled the plate. The Profi Plus has helped me out of some sticky situations and I know it can help you too. You can also use this spoon on icecream like the Classic Trio. Beware: The 10-1/2-inch spoon is totally different. Stick with the 12-1/2-Inch to get the best results.
