The USB port in my Dell computer at work is very difficult to access. You have to be a contortionist. This item has been a lifesaver as I have worked on many projects at home saving them to a jump drive. I can easily access my saved files with this great device. At the end of the day because it is retractable I can put it in my purse until the next time I need it.
