Great BT mouse, lousy battery life. December 4, 2008 Roger (Portland, OR USA) Bought this Blue tooth mouse to match my new Mac Book Pro so I didn't lose a USB slot. My other wireless mouse (not Blue Tooth) was sluggish and even crashed PhotoShop because I can over-run the clicks. This mouse is not sluggish. It behaves as well as a wired mouse. I have no complaints about that. However, the battery life stinks. I have got about 1 month of use on the two AAA batteries it came with using the computer about 2 hours a day. Not all of that was mousing. I will see how much life I get on a new set of batteries I just installed.
Rather small, awkward December 4, 2008 Kyle Bandy (Indianapolis, Indiana, USA) I bought this mouse to replace my desktop computer mouse. I was (and still am) looking for a good, Mac-compatible mouse. Anyway, even as a notebook mouse, I couldn't see this mouse being very helpful. The mouse was uncomfortably small for me. (I have rather large hands, and I am a male.) Also, the scroll wheel on the mouse seemed to get stuck often, caused great frustration while surfing lengthy webpages. In the end, I returned the mouse for a refund. I do not recommend it for anyone with large hands. If you've got small hands, it probably isn't too bad!
Great Product M/S Bluetooth Mouse December 3, 2008 L. Massello I purchased this product for my Husband as a gift. He raves about it saying it was real simple to set up and works great. He likes the size and shape, fits his hand very nicely. Likes the on/off switch and back button. Overall, he said it is a great product and would recommend it to anyone. Also, it arrived on time and in great shape. Great job Amazon and Microsoft!!
Poor Construction December 2, 2008 SR (London, UK) I thought this looked like an ideal mouse to use with a laptop, it's small, has bluetooth without needing a receiver and is a laser mouse. The bluetooth has been somewhat flaky, it did work most of the time but used to cut out randomly for maybe 2-3 minutes. When it worked it was a good fit for the palm and was accurate and fast. However my main criticism is the build quality, the on/off switch was pretty much inoperable due to poor manufacturing and it could not be turned on or off without pushing it in with a pen and sliding it across. The mouse then died completely after 4 weeks.
Easy to use November 30, 2008 S. Swank (Illinois) The mouse is easy to hold which is impressive with my large hands. The connection is responsive and the on/off switch is a battery saver. I am very pleased with the product and use it under both XP and Linux.
