The top is too tight and leaves marks on my leg after wearing them for half a day.

My ankles are always left with marks from the tight elastic of most dress socks. These socks are wonderful! They are thin dress/casual socks--and I haven't had problems with them sliding down. I'm just glad that I can take these socks off--put on a dress to go out and not have marks on my ankles!

These socks feel good, and initially look nice. Unfortunately, after wearing them two or three times, they stretch and slide down. This is uncomfortable, as well as annoying. The manufacturer needs to use yarn that does not stretch out. I have purchased numerous pair of these socks, and I have encountered the problem with all of them.
